Staying here was a fantastic escape into nature, especially with the stunning views from the Deluxe Queen Room Waterfall View. Our experience was marred by significant issues. The trek up to the lodge became tedious after a few trips, especially with luggage. Furthermore, the room was uncomfortably hot each night, despite having the door open and the fan on. With no meals included and limited dining options available, it felt isolating and expensive to eat at the lodge or travel into town.

This was just an optimal selection for a weekend stopover in Banff with reasonable value. Enjoyed the little night activities, especially the s'mores. Make sure to plan around the gondola schedule for easy access.

Great getaway!
We had such a fun night at this lodge! Check-in was super easy and the staff were so nice. We enjoyed a tasty meal at the bar and then chilled in the hot tub. Just wish the wifi was better – it got a bit spotty when we needed it. Overall, a blast!
